Nearly 20 years in the industry including: owning and operating two seasonal restaurants in Southern Vermont, The Southern VT Garden Cafe (Manchester) and The Brassiere (Bennington); executive chef for Sodexho Marriott at the Beverwyck; executive chef at The Four Chimneys; executive sous chef at the Tavern at Sterrup Square; chef for Scrimshaw at The Desmond; various cooking and apprenticeships at area restaurants and clubs
