Experience:
More than 26
years
in
the
food
service and hospitality industry, including five years as general
manager of Sodexho Marriott Services at a health care facility and
11 years as assistant food service director for St. Mary's
Hospital.
Chef Brucker has worked for nearly 10 years for Schenectady
County Community College in the Hotel, Culinary Arts and Tourism
department as an adjunct faculty member teaching Computers for the
Hospitality Industry, Food Preparation I and II. He also has held
several positions including sous chef and cook at local restaurants
including Perrinos, Joe Collins, and Steak & Ale.
He also served as Night Food & Beverage Manager at the
(Desmond) Americana Inn for 2 years and Asst. Restaurant Manager and Beverage
Coordinator at The Fontainebleu Hilton on Miami Beach for 1&1/2 years.
